Classes are held from Mon – Thursday (9AM – 2PM) Friday & Saturday (9AM – 12PM)
Should you require in other times apart from the above, please discuss with your consultant. This includes Public Holidays as well. Please ensure that you are in class at least 10 minutes before start time – no extra time will be given.
No refunds on Deposits or Full Payments, should a learner do payment and is unable to start or complete course, College will decide based on the reason for not completing within the given time frame. Upon college decision, Learner will be given 3 months in writing to complete. Thereafter Fees are forfeited.
Certificates are issued on the last day of the month. Learner will be given 1 month to collect certificates or pay a Penalty Fee of R100 per month for storage of Certificates. Should a Learner require the certificate immediately, they are welcome to notify the Lecturer in advance. Certificates can only be collected from the relevant branches on the time stimulated above.
All kits must be checked, and Kit Register to be signed. In the case of electrical equipment for example the Nail Lamp, it must be checked immediately once you received. There are no guarantees on Electrical because the College does not get a guarantee from the Supplier, so the onus is upon the Learner to ensure that he/she has received all that is noted on the Student Kit Form and all Electrical is checked. The Blame game will not be tolerated. Learners are carrying Towels. This will be explained – due to the different courses requiring the different number of towels.
Since it is a workshop Course, there will be no standard uniform. You are however required to wear all in black. Hair must be tied back, small earrings, No Jewry besides wedding bands, no watches due to working with clients and client care.
It is the responsibility of the Learner to bring in a live model when needed. The college can assist if they are able to, but it is NOT THE COLLEGE
Please make sure that you do give the college 24 hours’ notice if you cannot find a model and is unable to attend for this reason alone so that the college can accommodate another Learner or your day will be subtracted. You are welcome to communicate with your consultant to avoid this issue.
Should you require assistance from the college regarding purchasing kits from outside the college, Assistance will only be given once the Deposit is paid.
