The Skills Programme: Nail Technology at SMT Training Center provides learners with foundational training in the art and science of professional nail care and enhancement. This program covers essential techniques such as manicures, pedicures, nail art, acrylic and gel applications, and proper hygiene practices. Students will gain hands-on experience in nail shaping, product application, and finishing, with an emphasis on precision, creativity, and client care. Upon completion, participants will possess the core skills needed to offer professional nail services in salons or as independent nail technicians, or to progress toward advanced nail technology qualifications.
Requirements for Undertaking this Qualification
Grade 9 onwards. Exemptions may be made for adult returners with experience of the workplace.
